Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application "Neko Aruki" ("the App") provided by Neko Aruki Project ("the Development Team"). Users shall use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1: Application
- These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Development Team regarding use of the App.
- The Development Team may establish rules or other provisions related to use of the App in addition to these Terms. Regardless of their names, those individual provisions form part of these Terms.
Article 2: Prohibited Acts
Users must not engage in the following acts when using the App.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the App's servers or networks
- Acts that may interfere with operation of the App's services
- Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information or similar information about other users
- Other acts that the Development Team judges to be inappropriate
Article 3: Disclaimer
The Development Team makes no express or implied warranty that the App is free from defects in fact or law, including defects, errors, bugs, or rights infringements related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or other matters.
Article 4: Changes to These Terms
The Development Team may change these Terms at any time without notifying users when it determines that changes are necessary. If a user begins using the App after these Terms have been changed, the user is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
